The AD is on a Rails to Trails. It is a nice wide path with wide grass sides for the dogs. Lots of trees on both sides for lots of shade. A really pretty ride!

Judge's Bio:
Mr. Knaul has been an SV Judge since 1996 and a Koermeister since the year 2000. He is one of the SV's most recognized and popular judges around the World. His judging responsibilities have taken him to over 30 countries Worldwide including many Sieger Shows.
Mr. Knaul has been breeding with the SV registered kennel name "vom Essweiler Tal" since 1969. He is currently in his 6th generation of breeding within the same line. Many famous dogs have come from his kennel, including the SG 10 male at the 2002 Sieger Show- V1 Erich vom Essweiler Tal, SchH3, KKL1-a.

This Red Roof Inn is conveniently located off of I-70 at the Chestnut St. Exit, #15 on US Route 40, behind Denny's Restaurant, just 4 miles from the show site.
We have a block of rooms set aside at this hotel.
The rooms are available from 6/23 - 6/27.
Please refer to the Block Code: B048DOGS01 to book a reservation from the MID EAST REGIONAL DOG SHOW block.
Guests must call in and make their reservation by 05/24/11. Rooms not booked by this date will be released back to the Inn and re-sold.

Motel 6 is located just off of I-70 at Murtland Avenue, Exit #19-A, just 6 miles from the show site.
There are just 2 hotels in the area that accept dogs in the rooms.
Both Hotels are located in commercial areas with restaurants and shopping centers.
Schedule
Friday: Noon - the AD begins (temperature permitting).
4:00 - the ring opens for practice, early check-in available.
6-8pm - Meet and Greet for Judge and competitors (music, wine and cheese, sweets...)
Saturday: 8 - 9am - Check-in Conformation Show
9:30 - Puppy classes begin
Break for lunch between Adult and Working classes. (Raffles called)
Working Classes
7pm - Judge's Dinner
Sunday: 9-9:30am - Check-in for Breed Surveys
10am - Breed Surveys begin
Directions:
From North and South:
Take I-79 to I-70W (towards Wheeling). Then follow directions below.
From East and West:
Take I-70 to Exit 15 (W Chestnut St/US-40).
Bear right at end of exit ramp, merge onto W Chestnut St/ US-40E.
At the second stop light turn right onto Franklin Farms Rd.
At the second stop light (approx 1 mi) turn right onto Park Ave/PA-18.
Travel 2 miles then bear right onto Old Plank Rd (at large blue and white sign for Washington County Airport).
Travel ½ mile field is on the right.
Parking for Participants and Spectators will be marked.
